We reserve the right to update or discontinue services at any time.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information
  • Gaining Meta Business Verification if required for WhatsApp API
  • Granting appropriate access to platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
  • Following legal and ethical usage of automated systems

We are not liable for consequences arising from the client's misuse or misconfiguration of any service.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

Our automations often rely on third-party tools (e.g., Meta, OpenAI, Google Sheets, Gmail, Supabase, n8n etc.). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for:

  • Changes in their policies, pricing, or functionality
  • Outages or service interruptions
  • Data usage and storage by these platforms

Clients must comply with the terms of those third-party services.

4. Payments and Refunds

If a client purchases a paid service:

  • All fees are agreed upon before work begins.
  • Payments are due as outlined in the invoice or agreement.
  • Refunds are considered only for services not delivered or incomplete due to our fault.
  • There is no refund for completed work or client-side issues.

5. Data Handling and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only use your data to deliver the services you've requested.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for business loss, missed opportunities, or reputational damage caused by automation issues or third-party platform problems.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • You violate these terms
  • We detect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
  • We receive a legal request or security threat related to your use
